A Selection of Simple and effective Practices, collected from body-focused and Mindfulness-Based counselling traditions. We will explore ways to notice, connect, and make space for our internal experience. These practices have been chosen with the difficult moments of daily life in mend, with hopes they will support you in giving yourself permission to take a moment when needed.
