June 15 @ 9:30 am - 11:30 pm

This session highlights that contrary to typical expectations, conflict is normal and necessary in any healthy organization. We will look at effective resolution strategies using the five Thomas-Kilmann conflict-handling modes: competing, collaborating, compromising, avoiding, and accommodating. Participants will learn how to identify their preferred conflict resolution style and gain practical skills to manage conflicts in various situations.
